Digital Ad Strategy for Regional YMCA

PROBLEM
Background: The YMCA of Greensboro offers accessible programs and services across its regional branches but was heavily reliant on traditional promotions like direct mail. They needed to modernize their marketing approach to grow visibility and participation.
The Challenge: With multiple locations and seasonal program pushes, the Y needed a way to promote initiatives digitally while staying within budget and streamlining their marketing workflow.
SOLUTION
Fungi collaborated with the YMCA’s internal team to build a digital media roadmap that included:
- Animated and static ad creative tailored to seasonal promotions
- Localized Facebook and Instagram ad targeting to reach regional users
- Setup and monthly management of Google Ads Grant program

- Coordination with the Y’s website vendor to ensure proper analytics tracking
