Challenge
SME needed a site that addressed customer problems, showcased past work, and supported sales conversations with prospects.

We built a persona-driven UX with project filtering, a bulk-upload system, and a high-performance website redesign.

PROBLEM
Background: SME designs and builds high-end experiential exhibits with exceptional engineering and craftsmanship. Despite great projects, their site functioned more like a business card than a sales asset.
The Challenge: They needed to create a digital experience that spoke directly to their ideal customer, allowed for easy browsing of past work, and supported real-time use by the sales team.
SOLUTION
We approached the redesign in three key phases:

Persona Development: We worked with SME’s leadership to define their ideal client’s goals, frustrations, and decision criteria.

UX Structure + Sales Enablement: Built a filterable content structure by event type, space, use case, and platform. Created an internal upload system so the team could easily add projects.
