Livery Apartments Occupancy Goal
Putting a perfectly located apartment complex on the map for students and young professionals.
The Challenge
Livery Apartments is a recently renovated complex of 1-bedroom apartments located in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. The fully remodeled units come with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and more. The only issue is that the street the units are on is a less traveled street just off the main drag of downtown and only had ⅓ occupancy.
The Solution
Due to limited foot traffic, Fungi’s approach was to promote Livery digitally via a combination of local search ads (anyone searching ‘apartments winston-salem’), Google map optimization, SEO and outreach to local universities and businesses like Wake Forest Baptist Medical and BB&T.
The Results
Within 2 months of running our campaigns (late summer specials to encourage new students to sign up), we had driven over a dozen leads and increase occupancy to close to ¾, valued at over $50,000 (over 900% ROI).
