As a result of our success with Lisha Construction, Fungi was asked to take over marketing for another of Jeff Zenger’s businesses, The Livery Winston-Salem apartments. This project has proven to be a fun challenge as we had a short window of opportunity to fill all of the one-bedroom apartments prior to the fall rush of students at the local universities as well as new fall hires moving into downtown for BB&T and other local businesses.
The results to date have been extremely successful, generating up to 4 new leases per week at a cost of less than $250 per lease, which is an approximate return on investment of 3,500%! We are excited to continue growing with Jeff and his businesses and looking forward to future collaborations.
