- Payment: All payments made are non-refundable
- Agreement Termination Clause: Either party may terminate the agreement, for any reason, upon not less than 30 days prior written notice to the other party, at which time services provided will stop and an adjusted balance will be settled based on the current billing cycle.
- Proposal prices valid for 30 days from date sent.
- By signing the agreement, your company agrees to the deliverables, pricing, and payment terms outlined within the delivered document.
