Wavetech Therapy
provides a unique acoustic sound wave therapy to treat erectile dysfunction, neuropathy, chronic pain, and other symptoms plaguing both men and women as they get older. Their solution has been shown to be far more effective than pills or other treatments out there today.
Fungi was first introduced to Wavetech through their Greensboro-based franchisee. Their desire was to build a new website that could help showcase their solutions, feature all of their locations, encourage new franchisee signups and allow potential clients to easily sign up for consultations. At the core of our solution was a new data-centric CRM tool that would allow their franchisees and sales reps to monitor lead / sales activities along with custom reporting to visualize the customer pipeline. From start to finish, the project took roughly 2 months and the results have been incredible.
The new website and CRM coupled with local marketing via radio, Google Ads, and automated emails resulted in a significant number of signups for consultations and over a 50% close ratio. As the months rolled on, Fungi has introduced new programs including text campaigns for both leads as well as customers to encourage follow up appointments.
